This piece is was created using found objects in my beach combing. The seaweed and other natural objects have been thoroughly dried, and do not have an odor. Objects on this piece were combed from Bandon, Oregon. The background is a collage piece on plyboard that provides a sturdy background. The metal vintage frame is one of my thrift store finds, and adds to the piece with detail complimenting the pieces of vintage jewelry and buttons mixed into the piece. Driftwood, rusty metals wire and string all combine to showcase the beauty that can be seen at any moment on the Oregon coast. Sealed with beeswax and Krylon finish.
